Once an order is processed and shipped, we do not accept cancellations or returns, unless there was an error on our end.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for defective products. Our policy for damaged/defective products received lasts 3 days from reception. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a damaged/defective item.
Refunds will be given using your original payment method
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds.
If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
